Free Shipping

All orders to the continental USA are shipped Free of Charge. Free Shipping is available only through Standard Shipping within the 48 contiguous United States ONLY. Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and APO/FPO or PO Box addresses are excluded from this offer. Contact us for shipping charges outside the lower 48 States USA. Offer is only valid on one shipping address; multiple addresses per order will be charged separately. Please contact Zen Saunas for additional shipping information. Those placing Orders online will be contacted to approve additional s/h charges before orders are processed, if applicable.

Zen Saunas reserves the right to ship any order with free standard shipping by any means we choose. Of course we will use the most efficient shipping method available. If you can only accept certain shipping methods to your address please contact us at 1-866-975-0517 to setup the correct delivery method for your order.

Shipping Options

Please verify that the shipping address is correct at time or placing order.

Note: Most cases our carriers require a person present for them to leave the shipment.

For the same purpose and for your convenience, we recommend that you designate your business address for deliveries whenever possible.

Oversized Items

Shipping Oversized or heavy items costs extra. Be sure to read the special shipping information that appears on the product page. This is very rare but it will be noted if required on product page.

Freight Items

Freight items are normally delivered to a dock The freight carrier is responsible for unloading the items and for residences or when there is no dock they will provide lift-gate as required. On residential deliveries the freight carrier is responsible for providing curbside delivery only. Some carriers may provide driveway or inside delivery on their own but there is no expressed requirement in any way.

We require a good working phone number so the freight company can make an appointment for delivery. If no appointment is able to be made, the freight company will return the item back to the manufacturer. You will then be responsible for the freight charge of the item going back to the manufacturer, plus a restocking fee. The carrier will arrange the delivery at a mutually agreeable time that is convenient for both parties.

Hazardous Items

Due to shipping regulations, flammable items must be sent via surface shipping. If you order multiple items, your hazardous items will ship separately from the rest of your order. Hazardous material are identified as (but not limited to): Acidic, Caustic, Combustible Communicable, Compressed Gas, Corrosive, Explosive, Flammable, Infectious, Inflammable, Poison, Radioactive, Refrigerated, Toxic, and Volatile. Most of the items we sell are not hazardous.

Estimated Shipping Dates

We do our best to accurately estimate when items will ship from our facilities. Estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including your destination address, how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment, and whether you have requested that we minimize the number of shipments or ship items as they become available.
Our estimated shipping dates are always a range of dates. It’s entirely possible for an item that hasn’t shipped by the beginning of the date range to still arrive within our stated delivery estimate.

Standard Delivery Defined

Normal Standard Delivery takes 5-7 business days. (Delivery times are extended if the item or items are out of stock. Contact us for more information at support@zensaunas.com

Order processing

Orders received Monday through Friday will be processed within 24 hours.
Orders placed on Friday after 4pm or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
