Warranty

The Canadian Timber Collection by Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. saunas are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal/residential use for a period of three (3) years, as applicable, from the date of receipt of the product. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and/or natural weather conditions. This warranty does not cover regular required maintenance of the sauna, (eg. Tightening bands on the barrels, cleaning or staining the sauna) refer to your sauna assembly manual for maintenance guidelines. This warranty does not cover misuse or negligence and the manufacturer and associated retailers are not liable for any injury or damage caused by the product. This warranty is a parts-only warranty and any service or labor costs would not be considered part of the 3-year warranty.

Outdoor Sauna

Most of the outdoor saunas we looked at had issues but the Dundalk Georgian Cabin met all of our standards. Quality workmanship throughout gives this sauna five stars.
We use the spa twice a week but are looking to increase our use in the winter months especially. Just a beautiful outdoor sauna and the extra change room is a bonus.

Georgian Cabin

My husband ordered the dundalk Georgian Cabin Outdoor Sauna and we received it about two months ago. We had never heard of the brand so we did our research since it was a large purchase. Everything checked out and we placed the order. The sauna took one month to arrive but was in perfect condition. We had it assembled by two handy persons and they did a great job. This sauna is amazing. We got the one with the wood stove heater and I must say it has surpassed our expectations. The quality of workmanship is top notch and the Canadian eastern white cedar wood is simply beautiful. The cabin has a consistent heat of 170-180 F and really gives a special woodsy ambiance that can't be explained. We are blown away and will recommend to all of our friends and family.
